Hi, I’m Grace!
I’m a Registered Dietitian specialized in sports nutrition and helping athletes fuel their bodies to peak performance.
I have been a competitive swimmer since I was 7 years old and competed in triathlons throughout my 20s. I know the feelings of under-fueling, overtraining, and fatigue well! Looking back on my athletic career, I wish I could go back and dial in my nutrition to not only perform better, but feel better and enjoy myself more!
As a dietitian, I believe in meeting my clients where they are in their health and training! While nutrition is a critical component of athletic performance, I focus on the whole athlete to optimize their health. When you work with me, we will dive deep into your diet, health history, sleep, training, etc.
Outside of my career, I am passionate about swimming, art, reading, and obsessing over my dog, Remy.
Let’s work together!

What is a dietitian vs nutritionist?
These two terms are often used interchangeably to talk about nutrition professionals, however there is a big difference in both qualifications to use these credentials and the practices they can perform.
A nutritionist is anyone who calls themselves a nutritionist! This is not a regulated term and does not describe any educational or professional training. While a nutritionist may have a background in nutrition/dietetics, there is no governing body that oversees standards of practice.
A Registered Dietitian is a regulated term that describes a nutrition professional who has completed the following qualifications…
Earned a bachelor’s degree (or master’s degree as of 2024) from an accredited nutrition program
Completed at least 1,000 hours of supervised practice through a dietetic internship
Pass the national board exam from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Maintain at least 75 CEU (more with specialty certifications) every 5 years
Adhere to standards of practice and code of ethics from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
