  • 60-minute initial evaluation (30-minute follow-ups after first month)

  • Biweekly check ins with Grace

  • Individualized nutrition recommendations

  • Weekly feedback on food log

  • Race day fueling plan, as applicable

  • Access to library of sports nutrition education and handouts

  • Unlimited chat access with Grace between sessions

    $300/month (2 month commitment required)

Initial Consultation

60-minute appointment

We will explore your current diet, training, sleep, health history, and schedule to develop an individualized nutrition plan based on your performance goals and life.

$150/session

Follow-Ups

30-minute appointment

We will check in, review changes made since your last appointment, and make adjustment to your nutrition plan as needed.

$70/session

Team Nutrition & Speaking Engagements

Customized sports nutrition for your sports team at any level (club, high school, collegiate, elite). This can include team talks, group support, and 1:1 nutrition counseling. Fill out interest form to discuss your team’s specific needs.
